She made a somewhat uncomfortable experience very fabulous and comfortable. She began by listening to me that IV's were difficult for me, and spend time putting in the IV. She talked with me about what to expect. She laughed with me when I joked. When it was time to have the doctor begin the procedure, Anna stayed with me as I had requested.
